Help Serena’s Heart Surgery

I thank the gogetfunding crew first of all for the opportunity to save lives through this online community.
Serena

who is the sole beneficiary of the campaign lost both parents to a

ghastly motor accident on the New year eve of 2015. Since then she's

being taking care of by her uncle Sean and myself. But just recently she

was diagnosed of a debilitating heart condition which requires surgery.
We

have tried to raise funds on our own but it's not been easy so we

hereby seek assistance through your donations to save Young Serena and

give her a chance to live again.
