Help send Texas teens to Odyssey World Finals!

We advanced to Worlds!!

These creative SAIL teens from McKinney, Allen, Plano, and Leonard have advanced to World Finals with Odyssey of the Mind! Odyssey of the Mind is a creative problem-solving competition for students ranging from kindergarten all the way through college. Over the course of several months, teams must build and present a performance based on guidelines set for them.

On April 8th they competed at the state competition in Houston, TX. They won 2nd place after writing an original play and designing a "robot" to perform tasks such as; kicking, eating, dancing, & playing drums. Now they are invited to Worlds, which are held at Michigan State University. This is a valuable opportunity for these teens to build confidence & become leaders with excellent people skills. Odyssey of the Mind requires creativity, patience, time management and most of all TEAMWORK! Traveling to Michigan along with room & board at Michigan State University for 8 is expensive and they can't do it without the support of family, friends and our community.
