Help send my grandma to Canada one last time

Hello

My name is Cody My grandma was diagnosed about 1 year ago with dementia. Dementia is a loss in brain function and makes it harder to remember things. She has her good days and her bad days. Sometimes it is really hard to go because i feel bad for how she is and there’s nothing i can do about it. Currently my grandma is in a nursing home because I and my family are not able to take care of her like she needs during the day. My grandma is from Canada and she has not been back in over 10 years. All of her family is there; she has a few sisters that i know she would love to see. With my family’s current position we are not able to afford a trip to Canada. That is where i am hoping you guys can come in. 1500 would be great if you guys could help me out. That would get us there and back we have family we can stay with when we get there.
