At the end of summer, on August 's full moon as we were passing by a village we found a very sick dog. With a lot of effort we managed to catch him and bring him to our hometown, to the vet. We named him Seline from the greek word Selini that means moon.

His healing took months and was very demanding as his health collapsed before it got better.

At one point he got tottaly paralised for about two months and we were engaged 24/7 to support him, feed him, water him, change diapers, take care of his wounds, massage him. We even had to stay there overnight on more than one occassions. Luckily the vet and all the people working there have been fully supportive and also taking care of him very long hours. You can not imagine how we all felt when he started moving his body again! It is almost a miracle that he has lived.

When we found him he used to weight 14kg and today he weights 33,5. He had many infecions and now we are just fighting one. Α tough one, but still it's a great progress. He did not trust anyone and was looking for places to hide and now wants to play with everyone he sees.

He is now still at the animal hospital but in a while he will be ready to move with us to his forever home. Although as you can see he is much much better, his therapy has to continue long time more.
