First off, I want to thank everyone for taking a look at our GoGetFunding page.
On the morning of June 16, 2019, my 4 year old cousin Amariah Xabel Badilla, got bitten by a snake locally known in my province (Nueva Ecija, Philippines) as 'Ulupong' which is a venomous snake. She got bitten twice, one on the neck and one at the back while she was sleeping. My aunt, her mother was out at the time the accident happened to buy food, when she arrived at their house, my cousin said that she was feeling dizzy and eventually fainted. She was then brought to the nearest hospital where the doctor said that the cause of her diziness and fainting was a snake bite.
Currently, she is at the ICU of Paulino J. Garcia Memorial Research and Medical Center (PJG Hospital) located at Cabanatuan, Nueva Ecija under critical observation. Because the hospital doesn't have any supply of anti-venom, they still have to travel to Manila, a 4-5 hour trip just to buy an anti-venom. As of writing, I was told that they still have to buy 30 more anti-venom as soon as possible.
We are knocking on your kind hearts to help our family during this challenging time. If you would like to make a financial donation to help on her medical finances, please use this site to make a contribution. Any amount will make a big difference.
Alone we can do so little but together we can do so much. We would also appreciate for everyone to please pray for her continuous recovery.
