Help save this beautiful cat’s paw

Help save this kitten "JIJI" his paw. He was found abandoned with one paw broken and only available options are to amputate or the orthopedic surgery of the following bones Osteosiinteza humerusa radijusa & ulnebones (please see image of the x-ray) that would reconstruct the damaged bones. Such procedure is available only in Split and Zagreb and just the cost of the surgery is 5000 kuna that is approximately 750 euro not including the cost of transportation required.
