Almost 7 years ago we were looking for a kitty. The infamous "Big Kitty" had passed away and we were ready to welcome another into our lives. We responded to an ad for someone who had found a 6 month old kitten, who we were going to name Snowflake. Lorelai and I went to meet him and he chose her to be his human. He cries when she's not around. He tells her when it's time for bed. She is his.
We noticed he had been losing some weight, and made a doctor's appointment for today. Upon the doctor checking him and doing x-rays and blood work, she said that there may be an obstruction in his intestines and they only way to know for sure would be surgery. As you know, vet offices don't allow payment plans. We didn't qualify for the other payment options they had, so we took a loan from a friend. We would like to pay her back for the surgery as quickly as possible, and were hoping to raise some money to do so. I don't like owing anyone, especially a friend, and I'm not fond of asking for help like this- but I would do anything for my kids...including trying to save their kitty.
