Help Save Rolando

My name is Rolando De Mesa, 40-years-old, I am blessed with a supportive wife, Mary and two beautiful daughters Devine 16 and Diane 14. My parents and my brother were diabetic but passed due to breast cancer and organ failures. I was diagnosed with diabetes in 2002 when I was just 24 years old. In Feb 2018, I had surgery in my left eye for diabetic retinopathy; which caused me to become blind in my left eye. My right eye needs surgery for diabetic retinopathy; which may cause for me to go completely blind.

My health is deteriorating every passing minute, and I am now doing peritoneal dialysis 6 times a day. Due to my health conditions, we can barely afford our daily living costs and are struggling to survive. There is nothing more important to me than to live a little bit longer so that I may continue to see my daughters grow up into beautiful adults and to wake up to more mornings with my wife. They have supported me through this hardship, and all I am asking for is little more time to show them how much I love them.

I am reaching out to anyone who can help my family and I through my treatment.
