Campaign Story
My name is Jaco Lotriet. The son of Peet Lotriet.
My father had open heart surgery a few years ago where they removed veins from his leg to do the bypass.
A few months ago he hurt his leg and it is not healing due to insufficient blood circulation to the bottom of his leg.
Doctors from the state hospital wants to amputate his leg, but we went for a second and 3rd opinion to two private specialist (surgeons). Both surgeons say that they can save the leg and that by amputating it would be a mistake.
I created this gofund for my dad to raise money for the operation with one of the private surgeons.
