We are former students (III Diamond '13-'14) of Mrs. Monina Velayo, and we heard the news that she is in need of financial assistance for her upcoming open heart surgery, a medical procedure which is expensive. She
has been diagnosed with two (2) coronary fistulas abnormally draining to the aorta with aneurysmal dilation of the coronary sinus. Ma'am Monina Velayo has always been dear to us and has helped in molding us to what we are now. We are asking for help to save our mother's heart.
