HELP SAVE OUR BUSINESS AND HOUSE

We are family of five, living in rented house (always paid our bills on time), but our land lord decided to sell house in two months....So we need to move out (and that's not easy when you have small children) or buy the house. We would like to buy house, because our family in love with this house and community (our daughters first school and first best friend). My husband has perfect credit score, bank not giving us mortgage, because his earnings a month too low.

One year ago we moved our small used car dealership to new location, but not going so well as we expected... I guess people not trusting us yet, because we strangers in the area, so it's hard to survive. We need to improve our garage with lift and when we can do repair for other people car and make some extra profit.

Right now with all our problems everything going down the hill and seems like in few month we will be standing on street with no where to go.....
