Our good friend Neil has recently had surgery to save his life in Vietnam. Anyone who knows Neil will know people he has helped in his life and most recently in Vietnam.
$290 000 usd hospital bill needs to be paid soon before Neil stops receiving much needed care. Vietnam is a no pay no care country so if we don't raise the remaining $200 000 of his bill for surgery and continued care, we are unsure what will happen. Please help us save Neil(friend, father, grandfather and general good guy).
His wife divorced him five years ago, now what should he do when the baby is too young.The boy is too young to lose his beloved father.
