Help save my family home from debt collectors

Dear All,

My name is Philip Olejniczak and what Im seeking today on this page is a help for my mother and my sister.

Up until recently we were just a normal, happy family. We had a good life. Our family had a medium sized clothing company but unfortunately last year we were struck by a disease. My dad found was affected by bipolar disease and in that moment our life has changed drastically. The first 3 months we didnt even know what was happening, we were sure it was something else. But his behaviour changed so much. All of the sudden he started disappearing from home for few days at a time, never contacting us or telling where he's going. It was this year in march that we finally realised what is happening to him. People started coming to our home and asking for money returns, threatining us, banks started sending letters and invoices made to my fathers name. As it turned out he took such big loans and borrowed some much money it was impossible to pay it all back from our savings. My dad couldnt care less about what was happening. It was like he wasnt even aware of the situation. Became agressive and suspitious of us. After one of such incidents when we couldnt get him to calm down we called the police and ambulance for assistance. They took him to the hospital but unfortunately he escaped form there after mere 6 days just before he was supposed to start his treatment. Therefore our nightmare begun again. In such a short amount of time he came close to losing our house and destroying our family business. Therefore me and my mother begun saving what is left of everything. Trying to glue the pieces together. Unfortunately for us after 7 months of dealing with banks and debt collectors we have lost the battle. We simply couldnt do anything even with his medical records to undone what has been done already. Especially without him personally being present. Without having anything more to lose I started looking for other options of help. My friend itroduced me to this website after telling me his own story and so I decided to go for it. A man on the ledge would do anything I guess and seek help anywhere. Who knows, sometimes you find help in unusual places.

The amount I have given here is a 1/5th of the total amount he had taken. What Im asking here now is just this amount for us to save my home. The rest of the debt we can deal with ourselves somehow. The house as I said before is the only thing thats left for us and unfortunately its the first and last thing that debt collectors and banks need to try ang get their money back.

If the house is gone then both my mother and my 17 year old sister who is seriously depressed for over a year end up homeless and with more debts..

Needless to say all of us is rather in a bad mental condition at the moment. My mother worked so very hard for my father for over 35 years and now she is left with nothing. All us us are..

So please..if you find my story and what I had to say to you today at all of any importance please help.
