HELP SAVE MY DAD and his house

I had been caring for my 83 year old father with Alzheimers for over 6 years, alone with none of my family members willing to help... and even got sick myself because of it.... and without warning, my drug addict sister whom we hadn't heard from in years and in the past only wanted to steal lie and cheat my family, came to town and kidnapped my father. He was in a recovery center for after hip surgery and my sister lied and said she was a nurse, and showed them fake power of attorney paperwork, and put him in a VW bug, and drove off from California to Texas after making him sign over paperwork at the bank, signing over all his money to her. Not only does my father not even know who she is, but when he did he didn't trust her. She is a known drug addict and liar, and noone in the family trusts her. I now have to figure out how to pay lawyers fee's to get my dad back, press charges aggainst my sister, and find a way to keep his house, and keep myself stable after years of dedication to caring for my father and not being able to work while doing so as it was a full time job.
