Help! Save my Bestfriend

Hi. My name is Raiza and my bestfriend's name is Russelle. Russelle has been diagnosed with distemper and we need help with his bills. He underwent a spinal tap procedure that costs 12000 last month and he has used 5 shots of immune system boosters that costs 1500 per shot.
