We are asking your generous hearts to help save a mother's heart.

This is to help to raise funds for Mama Yolanda dela Cerna Fortuna's Angioram/Angioplasty and Hospital Bills . We were advised to prepare at least P400,000 for the said procedures aside from the ongoing medical expenses. She is admitted now at the Medical City Pasig. She was in and out of the ICU for 2 months now.

On May 14, 2017, she experienced heart attack and was admitted at the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of

Dr. Jesus C. Delgado Memorial Hospital for 2 weeks. A day after she was discharged from the said hospital, she had stroke and rushed via ambulance to the Philippine Heart Center on May 29. She was at the Intensive Care Unit for almost a week and at a regular room for almost 2 weeks. After a week of recovery, she was rushed again and admitted at the Philippine Heart Center on June 13, and stayed there for another 2 weeks. And on July 11 she was admitted at the Telemetry Unit of Medical City Pasig.
