Help save Mama Susan’s life

My 74 y/o mother in law had a vehicular accident last Oct 14. She is confined at the ICU of St. Luke's; unconscious and unresponsive. She is in a critical condition due to brain damage, grossly deformed thigh,complications and infections. The driver and operator of the UVExpress refused to help and can't be contacted anymore.
