Mama Rose Yerro is the mother of Bimbo Yerro. Bimbo Yerro is a CFC Missionary, a musician, and a songwriter. Mama Rose is a 66-years old widow for 19 years who lives in Malinao, Aklan Philippines and she single-handedly raised her 4 children (Edsel, Bimbo, John, and Joana), providing for them and sending them to good school. She is a dedicated and a loving mother and has always look after the welfare of her children above her own. When she initially felt the pain on her body, she opted to medicate it with natural sources to get away with any medical expenses, which she thinks will burden her children. Perhaps, just like any mother who reacts to such situation to cover what she truly felt especially in terms of her health, withholding if from her children.

Late last week, Mama Rose was rushed to the hospital due to an initial diagnosis of stasis dermatitis. A skin inflammation that develops in people with poor circulation. It most often occurs in the lower legs because that is where blood typically collects. When blood collects or pools in the veins of your lower legs, the pressure on the veins increases. Unfortunately, this diagnosis lead to more serious doctor findings which shows that the bacteria has already spread all over her body largely affecting her kidney. Upon medication, she experienced difficulty in breathing which was advised for an ICU admitting. She is then aided with tube for her breathing and has gone through a serious of tests, medication and a blood transfusion (A+) for her daily dialysis.

May 28, 2019, it was found out as well that she has a 10x9cm mass on her liver and needs urgent treatment as well.

May 30, 2019, she experienced internal bleeding and suspected to have gastric problems. The bleeding did not stop which led to postpone her supposed dialysis. On that same day, her BP went low and undergo reviving a couple of hours.

And the sad news happened 10am today (May 31, 2019), Mama Rose joined our Creator. She put up a good fight and regardless of what happened, we believe that she prepared her family to accept her death.

The family now needs the support wherever they can get from anyone to settle medical bills that is approximately Php250000.00
