Help save ICE our tiny puppy!

Me and my partner decided to buy our 1 year old daughter a puppy for her birthday! Little did we know this would turn into a nightmare! When we picked him up to bring him home we was told he had a bruised back leg from play fighting, once we had him a few days we realised the leg was getting worse so we took him to the vets and had to pay 250£ for a x-ray, the results were shocking, his back leg was shattered and he needs specialist surgery which is going to cost 3000£ or he is going more to loose his leg or maybe life, please everyone help and donate to save our little puppy ice.
