This is baby Cherry my niece, she is barely one week old and she suffers from Ectopia Cordis, a congenital malformation in which the heart is abnormally located either partially or totally outside the thorax.
Due to the rarity of ectopia cordis, limited treatment options have been developed. only some successful surgeries have been performed, and the mortality rate remains high. we hope that Cherry's surgery is successful too but we need your support and generous donations to help save cherry!
