Help save bob

This is my husband... An entrepreneur who opens a legal firm in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia... He was doing well for many years and started growing and hiring 5 clerks... But he made a mistake by trusting the clerks too much and did not check on their work as often as he should have...

Out of his knowledge, 2 of his clerks has opened a number of case files but did not complete the procedures... Legal fees have been received... Few months later, the clerks resigned from their posts, but not to my husband's knowledge, they hid the incomplete files among the completed pile of files... This happened in 2016.

Now end of 2018... My husband has no knowledge of those clients (of incomplete files) existed prior to when was reprimanded by the police as the clients have reported that misconduct... The clients are demanding a total sum of rm1.8 million of penalty and damage costs and my husband has tried all ways to reimburse the cash, but fail... He has sold some personal possessions too, but it is not enough...

I am trying to save my husband from jail time as he has many more open files and if he is not in the office to clear them, more reports will be coming in...

I know in public's eye he is at fault... But he stays and he wants to make things right... He is at fault for being too trusting and as a sole trader, he is a liable for misconducts done under the name of his business...

But many innocent people are involved here and I hope people around the world could have sympathy for him, for his clients and for his 3 year-old toddler...
