HELP SAVE BABY SAMUEL GAIBRHIEL CHICO

Hi everyone. This is my baby samuel gaibrhiel chico, a 26-week premature baby boy born weighing 963grams only. Last February 11, 2019, i was admitted to the hospital as i was experiencing a severe stomach contractions. The doctors tried their best to prevent me from delivering my baby, as it is still considered to early for me to give birth. On my 5th day in the hospital, despite all the efforts, the doctors had to do emergency caesarian sections as my condition was no longer safe for the both of us. Now, since our dear baby samuel was born prematurely, he is in NICU for almost 25 days now, (since February 15 till today). He suffered from a lot of complications, too name a few, neonatal pneumonia, septic shock, collapse of both lungs, suspected meningitis due to seizures. As if the torments were not enough, my dear baby boy has to undergo several blood transfusions to manage the infection in his blood. Since his condition is not stable his fragile body can’t even handle a cranial ultrasound which is needed to check if he is affected by meningitis. The most hearth-breaking thing we have heard from the doctor is that “please dont leave the baby and stay with him. You must also be prepared as he might not be able to survive as his condition is very critical, we are finding it difficult to manage his seizures.” Hearing all these things, our tears just kept flowing from our eyes, we never felt this helpless and hopeless. To say we are devastated is an understatement. On March 9, we received a dreading phone call from the hospital -our son's heart stop beating and the doctors were trying to revive him. We don't know what to do. Seeing our son suffering and not being able to do anything to help him, is really very painful for parents. We cant do anything, except crying our hearts’ out. It came to the point that we really have surrendered everything to God, that if it his will He can take our dear baby from us. But What come next is really a miracle, God once again has proven that he answer prayers. Our baby Sam survived and is now continuing to fight for his life. If our brave little boy refused to give-up, we will also never give up on him. Im reaching out to all of you to Please help us on this fight. As you may know the cost of being in the NICU is so expensive(it costs us Php15,000 or 300 dollars to Php25,000 or 500 dollars per day), now our hospital bill has ballooned up already. Since we are not earning that much we are already having a hard time to pay the bill. Baby Sam is still confined in NICU and according to the doctor, he needs to stay there for few weeks or more depending on his improvements.
