Campaign Story
Originally, this fundraiser was created for his hospital bills and medication. Jack passed away on the afternoon of March 8 2018. However the family still needs to raise about 350K to settle the hospital bills. Please see Jack's story below and also the updates section for more information.
***
Jack Damien is a premature 26 week old baby, born on January 3, 2018. He was born weighing less than a kilogram and he constantly needs medicine and a lot of medical procedures. He is a fighter. Please help this little angel survive and live a normal happy life. Baby Jack's journey needs to be shared by the willing. The family needs to raise funds to pay for the hospital bills and for Jack's continuous medication. We are knocking at your kind hearts and appealing to everyone to help save baby Jack. Please feel free to share with your family and friends. Everybody deserves to live. All children deserve to live. We hope that Baby Jack's journey will help build a community of love, support and encouragement. Our goal is to reach 500,000 PHP or more. Any amount is very much appreciated.
Please help his family save his life by donating any amount. A peso or a dollar can go a long way. We thank you in advance.
