My name is Adiza khaled from Ghana ,Accra to be precisely and I’m being diagnosed of kidney disease since 1/11/2017 but now on medication and dialysis which I go for dialysis twice a week which is every Monday and Friday .An Emergency medical attention is seriously needed please.
