Help Saudia Study in Ireland

I have long dreamed to study Arts in Europe, Ireland in particular and I've spent countless nights thinking of what could be's - but for now, they will remain to be hopeful ideas - as any programme offered in Europe would cost far too much for me to afford. A scholarship isn't an option for a non-EU student (unless I'm a bloody genius, I suppose?) and since I'm a Filipino national, I also don't have any access to student loans similar to that offered in more developed countries. While my art may not be exceptional at this point, I aim to learn as much as I can and be the best at what I do, while immersing in the dramatic landscapes of Europe and I hope you can help me make this happen.
