Hi everyone! I am Chel Bautista and I would like to seek help for my dearest sister-in-law, Sarah Castro Bautista, who, recently, has been diagnosed of Aneurysm.

Sarah has been happily married to my eldest brother Mike, a Process Executive at a Business Process Outsourcing company in Manila. They have been blessed with two beautiful kids, Stephanie, 10, and Miguel, 6.

In 2010, while being pregnant with her youngest child, Sarah suffered from Preeclampsia, a condition during pregnancy characterized by high blood pressure. This put her and her child's life on the line. Mike did everything he could to save both of them. Fortunately, in God's grace, they survived, but it left them with a hospital bill amounting to 1 Million pesos.

Sarah had to quit her job because of her health condition; and with Mike being the sole breadwinner, it had been hard for them to cope with their financial losses.

Seeing her husband work the hardest like a horse pushed Sarah got back to work in 2014. She got hired as a call center agent; but working at a graveyard shift made her sickly. So, Sarah had no choice but to quit work again.

Almost a year being unemployed, Sarah found another opportunity to earn money: be an Uber driver. On July 30, 2016, Sarah went to the Land Transportation Office (LTO) to apply for a driver's license. The long hours of waiting and the intense heat inside the LTO Office made her light-headed and dizzy.

She was, then, rushed to the nearest public hospital, East Avenue Medical Center, by the LTO Officials. But unfortunately, no one attended to her properly. So they decided to bring her to St. Luke's Medical Center.

At St. Luke's, she was found to have Aneurysm. To prevent any deadly complication caused by her condition, her doctors advised her to undergo through Endovascular Coiling right away. Fortunately, her operation was a success. However, she still needs to go through a series of therapy.

Sarah's life has been saved for the second time. However, their family is facing another financial obstacle. As of today, her hospital bill has amounted to PHP 900,000 and it continues to increase as she is still in the hospital.

Sarah and her family is in dire need of financial assistance and I'm doing this to hit any chances of hope. Any amount that you can donate will surely be of great help.

Let's give Sarah another opportunity to stand and walk back to a normal life - for Mike, for Stephanie, and for Miguel.

Thank you and God bless!
