Help Sanju complete her education

Hello everyone,

I am Sanju from Nepal and I am in need of your generous support to complete my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Purbanchal University, Nepal. Although I am already serving as a staff nurse at a government hospital, I wish to further my education so that I could pursue my dream of caring for and saving more lives with advanced skills.

I also recently embraced motherhood. It's been one of the most beautiful part of my life to raise my little daughter Sudipta. However, despite a common Nepali trend of women putting a break on their education and career after having children, I am committed to pursue my dreams further. On the other hand, funding education has become more expensive than before. My family already comes from financially difficult background but it was further hit by 2015 Nepal earthquake. The earthquake brought down our house in the village of Dolakha. Furthermore, my income from the job is barely enough to pay for the living alone. Thus, I have been financing my education partly by taking loans which is also expensive.

In 2014, I got an opportunity to serve through UN Peacekeeping Force in Liberia even during Ebola outbreak and that gives me deep satisfaction. Probably acknowledging the same spirit, Wedu (a social enterprise working to empower women; weduglobal.org) also has awarded me with a title of Rising Star and I have been fortunate to receive regular mentorship lessons from my mentor Eveline Noya. I am learning various skills and life lessons from her and Wedu team which I plan to utilize in bringing awareness among needy women and children apart while continuing my regular service. However, enhanced leadership skills but lacking funding sources would not allow me to reach my dream.

Therefore, I would be grateful to you for life for your support of any scale. I promise to make proper utilization of each penny sincerely in order to also make sure that I give my daughter the future that she deserves.
