HELP SAMANTHA TO BATTLE OSTEOSARCOMA( Bone Cancer )

My niece Samantha, a regular 13-year old girl, dreaming so many things growing up. As a regular teen now she has been asked to faced bigger task more than her age.

Samantha was diagnosed with Osteosarcoma stage 3 last April of this year needing immediate series of chemotherapy. Her parents don't have enough means to support the whole process.
