Help Samantha be a better student

My name is Samantha Jones. The environment in which I dwell is an extremely impoverished area of my country. I experience great challenges when given tasks to complete that require the use of a computer, for the public libraries that offer free usage are always filled with people as desperate as I am, and I rarely can afford the rates charged by internet cafes. I, unlike many others who dwell among me,actually opportunity to request assistance in obtaining a computer that can efficiently take care of my needs.
