Help Rogelio for his medical treatment and kidney transplant

Please help us, we need financial assistance for my brother Rogelio Bustarde Mendoza from Bayambang, Pangasinan, Philippines for his medical treatment and kidney transplant. He is 35 years old and has 2 kids, ages 6 years old and 4 years old. He is jobless due to his condition which has made it difficult for him to arrange the funds for his treatment. He is diagnosed to have End Stage Renal Disease Secondary to Obstructive Uropathy. He is currently undergoing treatment at St. Vincent HealthCare, Inc., Dialysis Center, Bayambang, Pangasinan, Philippines.

His kidney disease has gotten worse causing his kidney not to work well enough to keep him alive. In order to survive, he needs to undergo dialysis treatment. Presently he is on a three times a week maintenance hemodialysis as per Doctor's order. Getting regular dialysis treatment usually three times a week for four hours at a time, well help his kidneys do their job, but a kidney transplant would offer him more freedom and the ability to live a longer, healthier, more normal life.

Last year January 2018, due to his condition he underwent for operation to put a suprapubic catheter in order to drain urine direct from his bladder because he always had difficulty urinating and sleepless at night. I know how hard and his struggle to fight for his life. He has to deal with it to survive and he is fighting to live for his children to grow up with a father.

He has been suffering for more than 2 years, and it has been tough for him and my family. We opted for a kidney transplant as his Nephrologist/ Urologist doctor's suggestion. Transplant is his only chance at getting better and living a normal life. But we need a big amount for his procedure and we can not afford the cost of kidney transplant thats why I created this Fundraiser to help him raise funds for his medication, treatment and kidney transplant. I am knocking to your good heart to please extend your help to my brother. With all of this on the table, we want to reach out to everyone, but we also do not want to burden anyone by asking for a huge sum of money. Instead, we are appealing to your gentle hearts for a small donation. It is said that great things are accomplished by a series of small things brought together.
