HELP RICKY, SAVE HIM FROM PARALYSIS AND INFECTION

Ricky a 10 year old senior mixed schanuzer dog, he has lived with us since 2011, we adopted him as he had no one to turn to as he has eczema and many people didn't want him, he became really ill yesterday, 27 August 2018. He started losing mobility on his all 4 limbs and at night it became worst, he couldn't even stand on his legs. August 2018.

We have taken him to a nearby vet and ran some blood tests, it is shown that his "White Blood Cell Count' is abnormally high and the vet is really concerned about it as it signals a very high level of infection and inflammation in the body, she has given him antibiotics and IV fluids and has recommended hospitalization, however we only can afford a two day stay in as the costs are quite high, about $200-$300 per day++.

We have left him in the care of the vets, however for his spine and neuro disorientation, he may need to undergo CT Scans, MRI and Xrays which are very costly, about $200-$400 for basic scans and $1000 for deep scans..

We are requesting your help to help Ricky regain his mobility and health, the scans may come progressively and we are not able to pay for it as we are only an average family who only rely on one person as the breadwinner and we have to pay for many expenses.

We are expecting more bills to pile up as surgeries may be required

We really don't want to put him away or give him up to the shelters, please help, Save Ricky. We need a fund for his medical bills.

He is a good hearted dog, doesn't bite, doesn't bark, friendly personality who behaves and sit when told to, we really miss his energy and liveliness.

As of now, he cannot stand on his legs, the vets have tried but he still isn't standing, we need to start the treatment to find out what is wrong with his spine..
