Help restoring my Dad’s car

Asking help from anyone who is willing to help me fund restoring my dad's 1982 Toyota Liftback TE71. It was my dream to have it restored 8 years ago and show it to the family but my job was not doing that well to fully fund the restoration and the project was halted. in these 8 years the car lost some of the original parts / accessories due to theft of some employees in the car shop it was supposed to be restored and got submerged in flood due to a typhoon. now I would ask help from the internet community if there is anyone willing to help out restore the car as It would be great to see this up running in the streets and make the family happy.
