For over fifty years, the Phi Sig fraternity house in Geneseo, New York has been a landmark of the SUNY Geneseo community, and a symbol of Geneseo's rich fraternal tradition. Our chapter house, built on the corner of Center and Prospect streets in the 1860's, is located in a historical neighborhood that overlooks the Genesee valley, as well as the village and college of Geneseo. The house has been our fraternity's home since 1963, and in that time it has been host to hundreds of outstanding college men, community events and some of the most memorable times in our lives.

But now, for all this house has given us, it's time to give back. Though many of our brothers, our alumni and our advisor have lent hundreds of man-hours to renovating the house, the supplies and tools that we need cost money. We are looking to raise funds to renovate our bathrooms and bedrooms, as a fraternity project, and to hire contractors to fix over 50 years of wear, tear and minor leaks on our roof. We have, in the past 3 years, completely renovated our basement, replaced hundreds of feet of heating pipes, and rehabilitated bedrooms that needed more than a little bit of care. We would like to keep this momentum going, but none of this is free, and that's where we would like your support.
