help restore our forest to the way it used to be

Introduce us as a group of youngsters from Indonesia.we formed one month ago as an environmentalist association.the background to the formation of our association is because we are very saddened by the depletion of forests in the world, especially in Indonesia.

Every year, Indonesia loses 684,000 hectares of forest due to illegal logging,forest fires, forest encroachment and forest conversion.

According to released data from The World Food and Agriculture Agency (FAO) is based on data from Global Forest Resources Assessment (FRA), Indonesia ranks second in the world's highest forest loss after Brazil who came first. In fact, Indonesia is referred to as megadiverse country because it has the widest forest with biodiversity richest in the world.
According to the latest data from the Ministry of Environment and Forestry in Indonesia, the total area of forest currently reaches 124 million hectares.But in 2010 to 2015, Indonesia ranks second highest in forest loss which reaches 684,000 hectares annually.

ofcourse, now the forest is much more decreasing. For that we invite all people in my country to be able to care about the recovery of reforestation, and we invite them to go on a trip to the forest so they know how it really is the state of the forest in Indonesia. we introduce them various types of forests, we invite them to join in replanting the barren forest. we want to restore the forest so function again as the lungs of the world and to prevent floods that often occur in Indonesian cities

we package the activity in the form of a fun picnic. we invite them for free picnics to the forests, young or old, rich or poor are not differentiated. but we are constrained by the available funds, we cannot afford to buy a decent bus and reliable to go to the different forest location in every week with the participants, also we need tools, to buy tree seedlings, accommodation for all participants and uniform shirts. for that we need help from you. wherever you are,you who care about the environment, who care about clean air,you who care with the survival of the world's forests.
