Help replace desperate mum’s asbestos fence!

I have two little children aged 2 and nearly 4. We removed overgrown ivy from our side fence about a year ago to discover it was asbestos and not in great condition with some broken rough edges.

We got a quote last year to replace it - the asbestos has to be professionally removed by a licensed professional as it is so dangerous- but it has remained out of reach at over $3000. (I lost my job when pregnant with my youngest child and now working part-time on a limited income.) We are on a corner block so have to pay the full cost ourselves.

As the kids get bigger and more active they now often run near it and sometimes brush up against it even though we warn them not to. Asbestosis related lung disease is a horrible way to die and it only takes one stray fibre to be breathed in. Anyone kind enough to help would restore my faith in the universe after a rough few last years!
