Help renovating my house

I need your help, and I will try to be as brief as I can although it is really hard to express more than 10 years of grief and sorrow in few words.

I am not part of any organization, or charity, my name it is Iulia Dumitru, I live in Romania, Ilfov county, Dascalu Village. I am a 50 years Caucasian woman, married and having a 16 years old son. 13 years ago I used to live in Bucharest, in a 3 rooms apartment. I got married, we sold the apartment and bought 500 m2 land where we build a very modest house and a village store. After 4 years of hard working and living a beautiful life, my husband had several minor cerebral strokes and a major one. He needed hospitalization and a lots of medication and treatment. After several month of struggle my husband partially recovered and entered in a one year depression. We had no possibility to keep him hospitalized for the treatment so I treated him at home The depression made my husband 100 percent dependable of me, he was not able to stay more than 1 min apart from me without thinking and trying to commit suicide, I was not able to work anymore and in order to sustain a decent life and provide the medicine I needed to sell our business, our house and bought another parcel of land. Due to the little funds we had and the enormous money we spent on the construction I managed to build a 2 room house without current water, kitchen or other facility. We have stayed almost 1 year without electricity and sold almost all our furniture and things in order to survive. Mean while my husband recovered, my son started school and I am very proud to say that he was first of his class almost all the first 8 years. Two years ago, he stared the high school, and he is still first of his class and third of his high school.

I am the only financial provider of our household. Although I finished medicine, due to my age no one wants to hire me in a better position, so I work as a receptionist earning 450 $ per month, money that last us around 20 days after paying the electricity and cable and some groceries; the rest of 10 days from the month I borrow money from friends and repay them when I take my salary. I am covered in debts that I have made during the time I had our store and buying medicine for my husband and due to the penalties added for not paying them on time the amount gathered it is more than 20000 $. I am sued from several financial institutions and my debit card it is blocked until I will pay the debts. Beside that, having no current water and having the toilet in the garden it is day by day more difficult for me to manage the daily tasks. My husband cannot work, my son keeps asking me why we still sleep in the same bed and he cannot have a room by himself and much more. This is why I am kindly asking you, if it is possible to help us with 20000 $ so I can clear my credit and pay my debts in order to keep my house. I will also need to build a room where I can put a water tab as the winter it is coming... I am so powerless and I am so tired, I feel exhausted and breathless...no bank will help me, and I can barely go through a month to another.
