Help Renovate Ate Rosie’s Bedroom Ceiling

Ate Rosie has been living with us in this house for 10 years. However, her bedroom ceiling and roof has been dilapidating because of heavy rains and occassional storms and/or typhoons. Due to the sub-standard materials of the house, her ceiling is the first to decay. We can't afford to fix it because it costs much. The original owners of the house have also ignored our request for renovation many times. Even our floor tiles are breaking off, however, I hope you can help us with Ate Rosie's bedroom. She has covered the ceiling holes by herself but come heavy rain, the water can still seep through the wallpaper she used. Through your help, we can fix her bedroom.
