Campaign Story
Sean Reigner Laysa is an 8 year old boy who was diagnosed on October 2017 with an Anuerysmal Bone Cyst, a benign bone tumor. The cyst caused a severe fracture on his upper left arm bone, the humerus.
Unfortunately, Reigner’s tumor is growing rapidly and the doctor said that the surgery should be conducted as soon as possible. 5 months after he was diagnosed, the tumor in his arm grew 3 times as large. If the operation is not done soon, it will continue to grow and affect other bones in his body.
Reigner is a wonderful boy who loves to be active and play with his younger brother. He is an exceptional student and a very ambitious boy but sadly, his condition effects his everyday activity in school. Reigner’s education now suffers due to monthly check ups and excessive absences, resulting losing his spot as an honor student at school.
His first operation was done on July 2018. We thought that his condition will be fully healed. But only 8 months after the operation, the tumor started growing again. Reigner needs to undergo another surgery.
We, ourselves are doing everything within our power to fulfill his medical needs however, we have shortcomings. We are humbly asking for your help to raise money needed for our son’s operation. We promise that every penny of your donations will be greatly appreciated and used for his medical expenses.
Thank you so much in advance.
