Hello world, Thank you for read,

I am Elizabeth, 72 years Old,

I am from a village in Kottayam, Kerala, India. My family and I live in an old, little house. The strength of that house is declining day by day. We can't sleep when it's windy and rainy. It can collapse at any time. In the last three years, four times during the floods, we lost our household appliances. It is common in our place for water to rise in an instant and then we have to escape with nothing but life. In addition, when the water remains stagnant in the house for a week or two, the strength of the foundation of the house is further damaged. When the wind blows, the roofed asbestos sheet is shaken and blown away. Over the last three years, the climate of Kerala has been getting more and more dangerous. We do not get loans from banks because we are below the poverty line. The house needs to be renovated as soon as possible.

While renovating, the level of the soil should be lifted above the level of the existing site and the floor of the house should be raised strongly. In addition, the roof should be made of concrete, in such a way that even in the event of flooding, we can shift things to the roof where it does not get wet.

We have arranged some money by the sweat and blood of our son who is going to work for daily wages. We are not able to make the remaining amount no matter how hard we try. We cannot stay in this house for a long time. Therefore, if you would be kind enough to help us, we can live without fear.

We look forward to your help.
