Help re-unite me with last remaining family

Please help me, I need to escape the hardships of South Africa and reunite with my only remaining family - My younger sister and her precious little boy. I walked into 2018 losing my job due to political reasons. I am struggling financially - not just struggling, I am battling to escape this country and be near my sister who recently made it over to Europe.
