Campaign Story
Hi everyone, I have set up this page for a dear friend, Rapha-El, who was diagnosed with Diffuse Large B Cell Lymphoma (DLBCL), an aggressive type of non-Hodgkin lymphoma that develops from the B-cells in the lymphatic system.
First chemo session was done last November 28, 2016 and need to undergo seven (7) more. One round of chemo costs around P162,300 ($3,380.00). Estimated cost for the whole set of chemo is around P973,800 ($20,300.00).
Rapha-El is 29 years old husband to Aurora and a loving father of three adorable kids, Maria Laya (4), Radha (3) and Pio (6 mos). Before his illness, he works as an educator, teaching Philosophy for senior students of Marikina Polytechnic College / MPC (former Marikina Institute of Science & Technology / MIST) and Human Rights Defender for Task Force Detainees of the Philippines.
Amid of his condition, he maintained a positive outlook in life and strongly believed that he will win this battle against the big "C" for his family.
We are asking for your help to support him and his family for his medical bills.
