HELP RAISE FUNDS FOR STUDENTS’SCHOLARSHIP AND SCHOOL PROGRAM/SUPPLIES

ZAMARITAN is an initiative structured to compliment the efforts of Government in a small way by providing formal academic and skills training to the youths to aid them excel in formal education and attain training in entrepreneurship. This initiative is a brainchild of Mr. Noah Ndhlovu, a public health professional who is based in the United States and engaged by the Indiana Department of Health (IDOH) in the division of HIV/STD & Viral Hepatitis to manage the HIV testing.

Zamaritan’s primary areas of focus are education and sexual health. Zamaritan welcomes people of all ages to volunteer with our organization especially young students. The premise behind encouraging students at an early age to volunteer is to inculcate an attitude or culture of volunteerism, that students should take time to help others in exclusion of instant financial gratification to mold them to better suit tomorrow’s world, and for the development of Zambia.

In our efforts to promote the education system and existing structures of local institutions, we have been making use of the resources from committed volunteers who have been putting in their hearts and as much as they can. However, as much as we wish to continue doing so, we will need the support from industry players as well as charitable organizations to keep going forward.

Our mission is to promote the efficacy of the education system and existing structures of local institutions through close collaboration with volunteers who would add value through the myriad of life experiences, academic achievements, and corporate exposure. This translates into effective and efficient operations through the mobilization of volunteers.
