Help raise funds for a new rehearsal & recording studio

After opening a brief but unfortunately short lived project studio in Cheltenham, many local musicians, bands, artists and performers have been forced to vacate their premises at Lansdown Studios (Lansdown Industrial Estate) after new management assessed the unit and deemed it as a 'structural health and safety issue' - whether their plans were to recondition the building for future use, or to turn into flats/housing/other businesses to generate more money for themselves is unclear (but a more than likely scenario).

These artists now have very little space to perform, create and hone their craft within the confines of Cheltenham. The studios currently in operation are either too costly for the majority of bands and performers to be able to afford or that the rehearsal spaces are booked weeks in advance and as a lot of members of these creative arts work everyday jobs and have everyday lives, many just cannot simply plan that far ahead to be able to honour their commitments to a future allotted time or schedule.

So that's why I have set up this page. Any donations made will go into finding, funding, building and utilizing a new rehearsal & recording studio, hopefully based in Cheltenham or the surrounding areas for musicians, artists, performers and creative types to use for a low cost with adequate and good quality equipment.
