Help Raise $1600 for Urgent Bills

My name is Smith, 27 this year. This is my last resort, I’m sitting at the edge of my bed, I’m at my wits end.

I used to own a contract line with Starhub (a telephone company). However, during February of last year (2016), a company I used to work for fired me for the dumbest of reasons. So when my bill for my line came in March, I didn’t have enough money to pay for it.

As luck would have me, I couldn’t find a stable job because of my educational qualifications.

Initially, the bill was $1200. Starhub went from sending me their usual reminders through letters, to pressing charges against me. They hired a law firm, which would call me almost every single day and words can’t express how stressed out I felt.

Finally, the calls stopped. Turns out Starhub hired debt collectors, so they came knocking on my front door.

On March 15th 2017, the debt collector came for the final time, saying that if I don’t pay by 26th March, they’re going to take me to court.

I would really appreciate if anyone could help me. I have no friends who are willing to lend me cash and my parents are already old. I’m truly at my wits end and my life is at stake.
