Help Rabab be able to study

Rabab is 20 years old and lives with his parents in Bangladesh. His parents have been unemployed for the last four years so he has been the one supporting the family of four. He earns a little by teaching children. He has been admitted to Bachelor's of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, but in Bangladesh a Bachelor degree is very costly. He has a research paper which is approved by Harvard University at 2017. His dream is to complete his PhD there. It's necessary to have a Bachelor's degree to go to Harvard in the future and it's also important to support his family, they are depending on his income.
