Help Peter Complete His Surgery

On June 18, 2020, my 20-year-old brother, Peter John J. Quiray, got into a motorbike accident after a group of unidentified motorists targetted him and his companion in Barangay Bacungan, Puerto Princesa, Palawan. According to his companion's story, they were driving on the highway around five to six p.m. when they overtook another group of motorcycles. This seemed to infuriate the latter, but Peter and his companion shrugged it off and drove farther before stopping over at a small store to buy some softdrinks. After they took off again, they were unexpectedly encountered by the same motorists, whom they previously just overtook, at the end of the highway. Peter, after recognizing their faces and not wanting to engage in a fight, told his companion to keep driving. One of the motorists tossed them a huge rock which caused Peter and his friend's motorbike to lose its balance and derail towards the side of the driveway. The culprits immediately left after witnesses arrived, and the casualties were taken to a hospital by another concerned individual. As of June 27, suspects are still at large.

Peter sustained skull fracture and clotting of blood in his brain. His first surgical operation removed fragments of his fractured skull. It went successful, and he is now undergoing recovery from his multiple stitches. However, he will need to have his second operation after six months to replace the parts of his fractured skull with titanium. For the mean time, Peter will be put under intensive monitoring and care because his brain is still vulnerable. My family is in dire need of finances to support my brother and provide for his 1st and 2nd surgery, costing approximately 600,000 PHP (12,000 USD).
