I bought Pete over two months ago from a breeder where I live. He was so small and so perfect. Within the first day I had him I took him the vet to finish is parvo shots and continue with the rest. While the vet was giving a assessment we discovered he had a heart murmur (PDA) he suggested me to see a cardiologist so I did. He said Pete has a 90 percent chance of living a healthy life with open heart surgery with only minor problems but he needed to grow up to 3 lbs before we could do surgery. Luckily I had money saved for him but I contacted the breeder to see if maybe she would help with the surgery or give me my money back to contribute to it. She wouldn't have it she wanted to give me my money back and keep him and just put him to sleep. I couldn't do it knowing he has a chance of life. So I ignored that option. To make matters worse two nights later I noticed him throwing up and getting worse took him to a Pet hospital and he was diagnosed with parvo.... So I was devastated I couldn't hear this not now but I decided to get the help he needed two weeks in the hospital and at 2500 dollar vet bill later and he is over parvo acting like Pete again. But now I have no money for the surgery I've sold things I no longer use just to get some lead way with this. I'm asking for a miracle here I love him and I have spent every waking hour just thinking of ways to help him. Every donation will help I don't care how much but it will help... Thank you and btw that breeder lost her license and I hope she will never ever breed another dog again!!!!
