Hello...I'm 22 year old girl.I'm seeking for help as I am in need of a breast reduction surgery.

I have a problem of having breasts that are too big and I don't have any medical aid or finances in order to be able to perform a breast reduction surgery.I wear a size 40DD on bras and I am very short in height.Not only are my breasts affecting my physical health but affecting my mental health too because I always feel embarrassed infont of people.I am urging you to please please help me.
