Campaign Story
This fundraiser is to assist people currently trapped in Ukraine due to the Ukrainian/Russian potential conflict and possible invasion situation. Multiple embassies have left Kyiv such as the USA and Canadian embassy, leaving numerous people stranded with no assistance on extremely short notice. Even USA President Joe Biden said there will be no US assistance to help people leave Ukraine going forward. No one could have predicted the rapid escalation of the conflict and the quick withdrawal of government assistance for it's citizens from Ukraine. We know of currently over 12 and counting USA, Canadian, and Australian citizens currently stuck in Ukraine because of a lack of funds to travel elsewhere. These people require immediate emergency assistance to leave Kyiv and Ukraine before they can not do so. We will be distributing funds to assist people to relocate immediately out of Ukraine as they are made available through this fundraiser. Please consider donating anything possible so that these people may relocate somewhere safer. If you yourself are a foreign citizen trapped in Ukraine please contact us for assistance.
