Help Pay Off My House

I have never had a steady home. My father was a deadbeat that never cared about his children, so my mother raised three kids by herself. We have never been able to keep a home for long because we either can't keep up with payments or get screwed over by landlords.

Now, I am 19-years-old. I am in college studying graphic design. I also work part-time at a clothing store. My mom and I still live together (my older siblings moved out long ago), and we just had our house of 7 years forclosed. The mortgage company and their attorneys refused to work with us, and in fact, racked up over $8,000 of legal fees over being late on one payment after my mother lost her job. So, we are in the process of moving into yet another house, being sold to us contract-for-deed style. Unfortunately, these sellers have decided that they are going to do everything they can to catch us breeching our contract because they don't share our religious beliefs. They have neighborhood kids standing outside our house taunting us for it. Their 7-year-old son steals from us. Their children also constantly tresspass in our yard and purposefully try to get hurt while on our property simply so they can get more money out of us. We have already put thousands of dollars into this house, and they want to kick us out before first month's rent is even due. If we could raise $15,000, the house would officially be owned by us, and they could never have a say in what we do ever again! Please, even if you don't donate much, absolutely anything is appreciated. Please please please help my mom and I finally have a place to call our home!!
